Welcome
to Drishti Yoga Studio, where
instruction is primarily based in the Iyengar tradition,
stressing detail and alignment. Instruction is provided to both
beginner and advanced students of Yoga. Our
sun-lit, fully-equipped facility, specifically designed
for yoga, is in the village of Bayport.
Our classes include Meditation,
Philosophy, Pranayama and Restorative Yoga.
Join our small friendly group or inquire about private
classes.
All levels are welcome.
PARKING:
Additional parking for Drishti Yoga Studio
is available on Bayport Avenue and in the
village lot located just east of Bayport Avenue
on Middle Road next to Country Junque Antiques.
