Theresa
Rowland is the director of Studio Yoga in Madison, NJ
and the Studio Yoga Teacher Education Program. She has
been teaching for 44 years, holds
several Iyengar Yoga Teacher Certifications, and has
studied directly in India with the Iyengar
family. Among Theresa’s many talents is her ability
to show the many ways an asana can be approached and
make challenging poses accessible...and fun!.
