The focus at Amba Yoga Center of Smithtown is
on freedom and new possibilities. First comes freedom of
movement. But what follows is even more important:
freedom of body, mind and Spirit. With these expanded
freedoms come new possibilities. More ease. More
flexibility, in our bodies and in our lives. Perhaps
even a new way of seeing the world. From the way we
breathe, to what we think is possible, to the way we
relate to ourselves and to the world - yoga affects it
all, and for the better.
